    Due to the personalised nature of custom commissions, these are non-refundable once work has commenced.

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

    4. Return Process

    5. Refunds
    Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note:

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Custom commissions are not eligible for refunds.

    6. Cancellations
