Custom Commissions and Payment Terms
When you commission a bespoke project from Deorum Studios, we will work with you to agree the full scope, deliverables, and timelines before any work begins. Each commission is approached with authenticity and care, and we allow for an agreed number of revisions as part of the process. Additional revisions beyond this agreement may incur an extra fee, ensuring that both parties are treated fairly. Final works are transferred to you upon full payment, while Deorum Studios retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, exhibitions, and promotional material unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment for services and products must be made securely and in full. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may vary depending on the scope of the project or updated costs. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers, offering you peace of mind when making a purchase. Some projects, such as custom commissions, may require a non-refundable deposit before work can begin. This structure allows us to manage projects responsibly while reinvesting into our community-focused initiatives.
Shipping Policy and Returns
For physical products purchased through our website, please consult our Shipping & Returns page for full details regarding delivery methods, timescales, and associated costs. While we always aim to meet delivery estimates, times may vary depending on your location and product availability. By supporting Deorum Studios, you are also helping us to keep our processes sustainable and community-led.

Our returns policy reflects both fairness and the bespoke nature of our work. Standard products can be returned within 30 days provided they are in unused condition, while custom commissions are non-refundable due to their personalised nature. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue quickly. This approach allows us to balance customer satisfaction with the realities of producing unique, handcrafted creative work.
Cancellations and Disclaimers
Orders for standard products can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. For custom commissions, however, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required once the project begins. If you decide to cancel a commission after work has started, additional charges may apply depending on how far along the project is. This ensures fairness to both our clients and our artists, reflecting the time and resources already invested in the work.

All services and products provided by Deorum Studios are delivered “as is” and “as available”. While we take pride in our high-quality standards and strive for accuracy in everything we create, we cannot guarantee that all services or website content will be entirely free from errors or interruptions. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that some level of flexibility is part of the creative process.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, Deorum Studios CIC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profit, or business interruption. Our responsibility is to provide creative services and products with integrity and transparency, but we cannot be held accountable for circumstances beyond our control.
